Industry Skills in Context
Course Overview & Information
The Industry Skills in Context course focuses on the application of your specialist and supplementary skills towards a range of creative artist-based scenarios within the music industry. You will be asked to compile a range of creative output that is congruent with your skillset and reflects the portfolio working style of the modern music professional. Additionally, you will be asked to reflect critically on the process and how the evidence you've presented will represent a viable and sustainable career path.
This class is suitable for guitarists, bassist, drummers, vocalists, songwriters, music entrepreneurs, music producers and creators.
Course Duration: 10 weeks of study + 1 week for Summative Assessment

Qualification: Students must complete this course, as well as Self-Care for Creative Professionals to earn an RSL Creative Industries Level 5 Extended Diploma. Learn more about RSL here.
Estimated Weekly Study Hours: 15-20 hrs. (Online study may vary.)
Payment: £50 deposit, £200 per month (over 3 months). Total payment: £650.
